Products, Services and Order Acceptance

Replicar specializes in selling high-quality die-cast car models, replica vehicle collectibles and related accessories. We strive to ensure all product pictures, descriptions, sizes, colors, details and specifications displayed on our website are accurate and true to the actual products. Due to manual shooting, display screen differences and minor production batch differences, slight color or detail subtle differences do not constitute product quality problems.

All orders placed online or in-store are subject to our final acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or reject any order due to incorrect pricing information, product out-of-stock, inventory shortage, abnormal order behavior, suspected fraudulent transactions or situations beyond our control. After you place an order successfully, our team will process and confirm the order within the specified processing time before official shipment.

Pricing and Payment

All product prices displayed on this website and within our physical stores are final prices, denominated in British Pounds (GBP). These prices include all applicable taxes and are free of any hidden fees or additional charges. We reserve the right to update and adjust product prices at any time without prior notice; however, price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully paid for and confirmed.

All payments must be settled using our supported official payment methods, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels. All customers are required to ensure that the payment information they provide is accurate, valid, and duly authorized. We accept no liability for any payment failures, unauthorized deductions, or banking processing delays resulting from inaccurate customer information or issues related to the payment card used.

Shipping & Delivery

We only provide shipping and delivery services for all regions within the United Kingdom. All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days, and the daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM GMT-04:00. All orders enjoy free shipping with no delivery cost for customers. Standard delivery time takes 3 to 7 working days after the order is dispatched. We cooperate with UPS as our official delivery partner; large-size car model items will be delivered by professional truck delivery, and the driver will contact you in advance to confirm delivery time to ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All return, exchange, cancellation and refund matters shall be strictly implemented in accordance with our official Refunds and Returns Policy. Customers can apply for returns and exchanges within 30 days after receiving the products for quality damage, missing parts or wrong item delivery. All returned products must be unused, unassembled, with original packaging and complete accessories intact.

Orders can be fully cancelled with a full refund before shipment without any handling fees. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed, and all requests must follow the standard return process. After we receive and inspect your returned goods, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days and returned to your original payment account. The actual refund arrival time depends on your bank’s processing schedule.

Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, store logos, website designs, text content, product pictures, videos, graphic materials and all related intellectual property displayed on the Replicar website and in-store are all owned by Replicar and protected by UK intellectual property laws. No customer, user or third party may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, use for commercial purposes or unauthorized dissemination of any of our intellectual property content without our written official consent. Any unauthorized infringement of our intellectual property rights will result in corresponding legal responsibilities.

Limitation of Liability

Replicar will always try our best to ensure the normal operation of the website, stable product quality and timely delivery services. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we shall not be liable for any indirect loss, accidental loss, economic loss, profit loss or consequential damages arising from your use of our products and services, including but not limited to delivery delays, individual product subtle differences, third-party payment failures, network system failures or force majeure events. Our total maximum liability for any order dispute shall not exceed the actual total payment amount of your corresponding order.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend or restrict your access to our website, account use and shopping services at any time if you violate these Terms, our store policies, UK relevant laws, or conduct abnormal orders, fraudulent behavior, malicious returns or improper use of our services.
