We aim to provide fast, free and reliable shipping services for all customers across the United Kingdom, ensuring your orders are safely delivered in good condition.
Order Processing Time & Cut-Off Time
All confirmed orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within1 to 2 working days. Our daily order processing cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time. Any orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Delivery Time & Shipping Fee
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 working days after your order has been dispatched. We offer completely free shipping for all orders, with no hidden delivery fees or extra charges.
Delivery Coverage Area
We currently provide shipping services exclusively to all regions within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Partner & Large Item Delivery
We work with UPS as our official and trusted delivery partner for all standard parcels. For large and oversized car model items, we use professional truck delivery services. The delivery driver will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time, to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package safely.
Order Cancellation & Refund Processing
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately. We support full order cancellation and will issue a full refund with no additional handling fees. Once your order has been dispatched and shipped, order cancellation is no longer available. All requests after shipment must follow our standard return and refund policy. Refunds after returned goods are received and inspected will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your official tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time delivery status and location of your package on the carrier’s official website.
If you have registered an account on our website, you can also track your order and shipping details directly in your account dashboard. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days after payment, please contact our support team promptly for assistance.
