This Refunds and Returns Policy clearly defines all terms regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, order cancellations and related fees for all car model purchases, protecting your shopping rights and delivering a satisfactory after-sales service experience.

Eligible Returns and Returns Reasons

We accept returns and exchange requests for qualified situations, including damaged car models during delivery, factory defective products, missing parts, colour or model errors, or items received not matching the official product description. If your car model arrives broken, scratched, damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, you are eligible to apply for a return or exchange service.

Return and Non-Return Conditions

All returned or exchanged car models must be unused, unassembled, kept in original new condition, and returned with all original packaging, boxes, accessories and tags intact. Products must not have any artificial damage, scratches, modification marks or personal use traces.

Non-returnable items include: used, assembled, modified or damaged car models caused by personal operation; products without original packaging or missing accessories; special custom car model orders and clearance sale items.

Return and Exchange Time Limit

All return and exchange applications must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your car model order. Any requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Return Process

First, contact our customer service to explain your return reason and provide photos or videos of the car model condition for confirmation. After our team approves your return application, please securely pack the car model with all original packaging and accessories, and send the item back to our official return address: Unit C15, 22 Piece Hall, Halifax HX1 1RE, United Kingdom. After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will proceed with your follow-up refund or exchange arrangement.

Exchange Process

If you need an exchange for your defective or incorrect car model, please contact our support team to confirm the exchange details and available stock. After we receive and verify the returned item, we will arrange the delivery of your new replacement car model as soon as possible.

Refund Process

Once we receive, inspect and confirm your returned car model is in compliance with return conditions, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 working days. All refunds will be returned to your original payment account. The actual arrival time of the refund depends on your bank card issuing bank’s processing rules and may take several additional working days.

Return and Shipping Fee Responsibility

If the return or exchange is caused by our reasons, including product quality problems, delivery damage, or wrong item delivery, we will bear the return shipping cost. If you apply for a return or exchange due to personal reasons such as personal dislike, wrong purchase or no longer needed, the customer shall be responsible for all return shipping fees, and no shipping compensation will be provided.

Order Cancellation Terms

Customers can cancel their order and get a full refund without any extra fees if the cancellation request is submitted before the order is shipped. Once the car model order has been dispatched and shipped, order cancellation is not allowed. All requests after shipment must follow our official returns and refunds policy.
